來(lái)自PLC系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的干擾

主要由系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部元器件及電路間的相互電磁輻射產(chǎn)生，如邏輯電路相互輻射及其對(duì)模擬電路的影響，模擬地與邏輯地的相互影響及元器件間的相互不匹配使用等。這都屬于PLC制造廠對(duì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行電磁兼容設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容，比較復(fù)雜，作為應(yīng)用部門是無(wú)法改變，可不必過(guò)多考慮，但要選擇具有較多應(yīng)用實(shí)績(jī)或經(jīng)過(guò)考驗(yàn)的系統(tǒng)。

為了保證系統(tǒng)在工業(yè)電磁環(huán)境中免受或減少內(nèi)外電磁干擾，必須從設(shè)計(jì)階段開始便采取三個(gè)方面抑制措施：抑制干擾源；切斷或衰減電磁干擾的傳播途徑；提高裝置和系統(tǒng)的抗干擾能力。這三點(diǎn)就是抑制電磁干擾的基本原則。PLC控制系統(tǒng)的抗干擾是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程，要求制造單位設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)出具有較強(qiáng)抗干擾能力的產(chǎn)品，且有賴于使用部門在工程設(shè)計(jì)、安裝施工和運(yùn)行維護(hù)中予以全面考慮，并結(jié)合具有情況進(jìn)行綜合設(shè)計(jì)，才能保證系統(tǒng)的電磁兼容性和運(yùn)行可靠性。進(jìn)行具體工程的抗干擾設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，應(yīng)主要以下兩個(gè)方面。在選擇設(shè)備時(shí)，首先要選擇有較高抗干擾能力的產(chǎn)品，其包括了電磁兼容性（EMC），尤其是抗外部干擾能力，如采用浮地技術(shù)、隔離性能好的PLC系統(tǒng)；其次還應(yīng)了解生產(chǎn)廠給出的抗干擾指標(biāo)，如共模擬制比、差模擬制比，耐壓能力、允許在多大電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度和多高頻率的磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度環(huán)境中工作；另外是靠考查其在類似工作中的應(yīng)用實(shí)績(jī)。在選擇國(guó)外進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品要注意：我國(guó)是采用220V高內(nèi)阻電網(wǎng)制式，而歐美地區(qū)是110V低內(nèi)阻電網(wǎng)。由于我國(guó)電網(wǎng)內(nèi)阻大，零點(diǎn)電位漂移大，地電位變化大，工業(yè)企業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的電磁干擾至少要比歐美地區(qū)高4倍以上，對(duì)系統(tǒng)抗干擾性能要求更高，在國(guó)外能正常工作的PLC產(chǎn)品在國(guó)內(nèi)工業(yè)就不一定能可靠運(yùn)行，這就要在采用國(guó)外產(chǎn)品時(shí)，按我國(guó)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（GB/T13926）合理選擇。
