關(guān)于梯形圖的格式，一般有如下一些要求：每個(gè)梯形圖網(wǎng)絡(luò)由多個(gè)梯級(jí)組成。每個(gè)輸出元素可構(gòu)成一個(gè)梯級(jí)，每個(gè)梯級(jí)可有多個(gè)支路。通常每個(gè)支路可容納11個(gè)編程元素，最右邊的元素必須是輸出元素。一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)最多允許16條支路。
? ? 關(guān)于三菱PLC梯形圖有以下幾個(gè)基本特點(diǎn)：
? ? (1)PLC梯形圖與電氣操作原理圖相對(duì)應(yīng)，具有直觀性和對(duì)應(yīng)性，并與傳統(tǒng)的繼電器邏輯控制技術(shù)相一致。
? ? (2)梯形圖中的“能流”不是實(shí)際意義的電流，而是“概念”電流，是用戶程序解算中滿足輸出執(zhí)行條件的形象表示方式?！澳芰鳌敝荒軓淖笙蛴伊鲃?dòng)。
? ? (3)梯形圖中各編程元件所描述的常開觸點(diǎn)和常閉觸點(diǎn)可在編制用戶程序時(shí)無限引用，不受次數(shù)的限制，既可常開又可常閉。
? ? (4)梯形圖格式中的繼電器與物理繼電器是不同概念。在PLC的編程元件沿用了繼電器這一名稱，如輸入繼電器、輸出繼電器、內(nèi)部輔助繼電器等。對(duì)于PLC來說，其內(nèi)部的繼電器并不是實(shí)際存在的具有物理結(jié)構(gòu)的繼電器，而是指軟件中的編程元件(軟繼電器)。編程元件中的每個(gè)軟繼電器觸點(diǎn)都與PLC存儲(chǔ)器中的一個(gè)存儲(chǔ)單元相對(duì)應(yīng)。因此，在應(yīng)用時(shí)，須與原有繼電器邏輯控制技術(shù)的有關(guān)概念區(qū)別對(duì)待。
? ? (5)梯形圖中輸入繼電器的狀態(tài)只取決于對(duì)應(yīng)的外部輸入電路的通斷狀態(tài)，因此在梯形圖中沒有輸入繼電器的線圈。輸出線圈只對(duì)應(yīng)輸出映像區(qū)的相應(yīng)位，不能用該編程元件直接驅(qū)動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)，位的狀態(tài)必須通過I/O模板上對(duì)應(yīng)的輸出單元，才能驅(qū)動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行最后動(dòng)作的執(zhí)行。
? ? (6)根據(jù)梯形圖中各觸點(diǎn)的狀態(tài)和邏輯關(guān)系，可以求出與圖中各線圈對(duì)應(yīng)的編程元件ON/OFF狀態(tài)，稱為梯形圖的邏輯解算。邏輯解算是按梯形圖中從上到下、從左至右的順序進(jìn)行的。邏輯解算是根據(jù)輸入映像寄存器中的值，而不是根據(jù)邏輯解算瞬時(shí)外部輸入觸點(diǎn)的狀態(tài)來進(jìn)行的。
? ? (7)梯形圖中的用戶邏輯解算結(jié)果，馬上可為后面用戶程序的邏輯解算所利用。
? ? (8)梯形圖與其他程序設(shè)計(jì)語言有一一對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系，便于相互的轉(zhuǎn)換和對(duì)程序的檢查。但對(duì)于較為復(fù)雜的控制系統(tǒng)，與狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移圖等程序設(shè)計(jì)語言比較，梯形圖的邏輯性描述還不夠清晰。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來也就簡(jiǎn)單了。
